dismissing the virus again and again
rippling across the Sun Belt
presidents in deep distress
VP’s complicity deemed, “chilling”
and arguably even more evil
while lying and dodging
with silverhaired gladhanding civility
repeatedly denying involvement
responding diabolically,
“Golly gosh darn - I haven’t the foggiest!” ...
